As of 31st March 2009, Vista Mar is under new management and ownership. William and Barbara Weeks formerly of the award winning Otter and Fish Hurworth brings the Mediterranean culture and quality of service to Saltburn whether its al fresco dining and drinking or the high standards of service in which they had at there former restaurant.

 William says "People want to be able to relax in the right environment and stay in one place for a night out, which is exactly what we have tried to cater for here".
